Patada de Mula

Patada de Mula translates to english as “Donkey’s kick”,  and it is a fresh cold brew coffee made by Boicot Cafe in Mexico city.

The brew is an original recipe made from mexican coffee grains from Veracruz; it is then filtered out to create the cool, smooth-tasting, acid-less and enhanced taste of the Veracruzanian coffee grains.

Because I had priorly worked in Boicot’s main identity, I had to re-interpret the identity for the coffee and try to take a more original approach. The main reference was Vintage Snake Oil bottles and labels which made the final product an amusing and interesting one.

“Patada de Mula will definitely give you that ‘sting’ you need to get your morning routine going.”
